Former Connecticut Supreme Court Justice
David Borden has been named the 2008 winner of the Helen M. Loy Freedom of
Information Award.
Judge Borden will be honored at the annual dinner of the Connecticut
chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists on Thursday, May 22, at
